I do makeup since I was in high school, I have extremely clogged pores around my nose coz I didn’t use makeup remover properly at young age. I started using face brush at 24, and I have tried a lot through these years and I can give you guys some feedback on how it can help clean up all the makeups on my face.I used five brushes include traditional brush & silicone brushes. I'm giving a summary of my impressions and decision first in case you don't want to get into the fine details. If you want more detail, keep reading beyond that.Final decision: I will keep my Melodysusie brushes, while the Nagra Coola is good, but the Melodysusie brush is more multi-funtional and more convenient to use, especially the guasha function, it really surprised me. And if I change my idea after trying more brand, I will update this review.Detailed review: please refer to my photo with a chart of the functions and rating for each device. The blue brush is PMD, the rosy brush my friend forgot its brand, the pink one in cat paw shape is the MELODYSUSIE, the another pink one is the Nagra Coola. I gave the Nagra Coola to my friend, so it’s not in the collection here. I'm giving a summary of my impressions and decision first, if you don't want to get into the fine details. Keep reading beyond that, if you want more detail.1. Compare between traditional brush head& silicone brush head: I absolutely love silicone brush. I used traditional facial brushes before but after I learned how much bacteria gets stuck in the bristles, I quit! Also you must store the brush very well, or the brushes may lose their shape, you can see in my attached pics:( That is why I want to choose a silicone brush, since they can keep it shape much much longer!!2. Soft of the brush head: The brush of rosy color face brush is a little bit hard, the other three facial brushes are much soft than that one. For the brush area, the MS brush is much bigger than PMD and Nagra Coola, and MS brush also have 5 thicker brush heads for T zone cleaning, while PMD and Nagra Coola only have one. I like to use the thick part separately for different areas around my nose, forehead & chin; it will better cover my whole skin areas.3. Length of bristles: I took a photo of 4 silicone brushes, MS brush seems longer than the other 3 ones, PMD & Nagra Coola bristles seem the same length but both of them are fairly short. I think a longer bristle will make it softer; a proper length will help the cleansing effect, while I do not mind the length of the brushes, as long as it cleans the skin enough.4. Heat function: My favorite part here is the heat function of Melodysusie and Nagra Coola device. While Nagra Coola heat setting only lasts for about 1.5 minutes, which isn't long enough for my daily skincare routine. Therefore, I have to turn off the device and turn it back on. This really annoys me. The Melodysusie device has better performance in this part. Its' heat reaction is fast and can last for 20 mins . I really like it because it can keep the heat on while applying serums, moisturizers & sheet mask. It feels terrific! While the other two facial brushes PMD & the rosy one seem do not have the heat function, although the back side has ridges for massage, so maybe that side could be used for applying serums without heating.5. Sonic vibration: All of them has adjustable vibration. Melodysusie and Nagra Coola have the most vibration setting (5 models) to select. PMD only has 4 vibration models. The rosy one has the strongest intensity, while the intense vibration might not be the best for sensitive skin, which will also makes my hands numb, I think would not use it on my face.6. Portability and weight : The rosy device (3.22 ounces) is the most smallest one, and next is Melodysusie(4.23 Ounces), both of them would be portable and fit well into a small purse. The PMD device (4.8 Ounces ) & Nagra Coola (3.81 Ounces )are larger, but there is a grasp area that help you hold it tight. You can choose as your preference.7. Charging ease: Nagra Coola is the easiest to charge as the connection is magnetic. It was cool but I might not like it very much since it will stick some of my other small things like coins, keys, etc. I would prefer the traditional charging model. Meloysusie does great in charging part, its charging port is hidden which will cut off the dust and keep it clean. PMD devices powered by battery, honestly speaking, I do not like battery, since battery does not last and heavy. The rosy one is just with standard charging hole.8. Timer: Only Melodysusie brush has a timer function, it pauses every 20 seconds to remind you clean next area, but it won't shut off automatically when cleansing. I think it would be better to have auto 2 minutes shut down function, I think 2 minutes is a quite amount of time for cleansing. I am a little surprised the other three silicone brushes do not have this function. Thereby, Melodysusie earns the higher ranking among them.9. GUA SHA function: This is only function that Melodysusie has, it is on the bottom edge of the device. I prefer this part mostly. I know guasha has many advantages, it can reduce facial tension, promotes blood circulation; you can use in conjunction with some face creams or serums to relieves face edema in the morning, and gives your face a natural glow effect.10. Price: The PMD is significantly more expensive than the other two devices. my friend paid $99 for it. Melodysusie ($29.99) and Nagra Coola ($28.9) were similarly price rank, they were both under $30. The cheapest of all 4 was the rosy device which costs around $20.My personal review above, hope it helps! It's very nice and comfortable and it makes my skin smooth! It’s plain adorable. Absolutely ADORABLEBuuut it’s kinda hard to reach the curves of your face around your nose and under your eyesThe brush performs all of the functions (heat and vibration) exactly as it promises and has a great batteryI love this face cleanser/massager! I did my normal cleansing process (to eliminate any other variables) but I of course switched out my hands with the massager. And I completely felt the difference! It made my face feel extra clean! Not to mention, I did not expect using the massager to feel like a whole spa experience! It was sooo soothing, especially the heat massage size. I wanted to keep doing it for longer but then I would be wasting water in the shower lol. I'm not sure if the company claims it to be water resistant or not. But in my opinion, it definitely is! I used it in the shower and got it wet without a worry. The way that the charger port is made, prevents water from going in (But of course dont submurg in under water for long periods of time lol). It fit comfortably in my hand. The box included a cute little stand for the massager, which was a nice surprise. I love it because it looks so cute just sitting on my desk proped up! It took me a minute to figure out where the charger port is, so I added a labeled picture to help ppl figure it out. Also I assumed that the heat would be on the same side as the silicon brush size, but its apparent on the other side, the shiny metal part that I labeled "Heat Massager Side" in the pictures. I highly recommend this face massager if you are looking for something that gently scrubs/massages/cleanses your face, while also having a relaxing/distressing/enjoyable experience. I always hates cleansing my face because it felt like a chore lol but with this, it feels like me time, in the best way.I used to use a popular face cleansing brush system that the company has since discontinued. This MelodySusie cleansing brush replaced it beautifully. Not only is it gentle, it cleanses fantastically. My old brush used plastic bristles like a toothbrush and was very abrasive. These silicone “bristles” get the job done without the rough abrasiveness. My face is so smooth after using it, that my powder make up goes on smoothly and easily. I’ve used this cleansing brush every morning and night for over a month and I am in love with the results. Morning is my favorite time to use it, as the vibrations help reduce that just-woke-up puffiness that my face is prone to. The “toes” on the paw pinpoint the vibrations and I like flipping the paw over and using the smooth side of the “toes” around my eyes. The heating back is great for massaging in my moisturizers and serums and the heat feels wonderful on my skin. It looks adorable on my bathroom counter. The kitty face holder has a non-slip underside with openings that allow for drainage and air drying, so I never have to worry about water building up and becoming stagnant inside. I’ve been extremely satisfied with this product and prefer it above and beyond to the expensive and abrasive brush cleanser it replaced. I’ve raved and recommended it to all of my friends!
