I have purchased 3 sets of these 4 batteries over the past 6 years for a 1000VA Tripplite 1U UPS. The batteries have always arrived charged, with good packaging, and were easy to swap out. The only downside and loss of 1 star is that they do not seem to last more than about 2 years. They are not being exposed to high temperatures (beyond spec) and sit mostly fully charged in the UPS. Power outages are rare, maybe 2-4 per year, but only lasting from seconds to a few minutes, so the batteries are not stressed very much. Again, great batteries, just wish they would last a little longer.
