I purchased these for my 24 volt lawn mower. The batteries arrived partially charged. They fully charged in another 4 hours. My lawn mower shows the battery strength while I mow, 3 green lights is the highest level of charge. When I started mowing I had 3 green lights and I still had 3 green lights when I finished. Although I have a small yard, the original batteries with the mower when fully charged only had 2 green lights and when I finished mowing was either on 1 green light or yellow.The 5 star rating is for the battery. The packaging is a 2 star. These batteries were shipped in a USPS flat rate box with a lot of tape around it. The box was ripped and falling apart when it arrived, only the tape was holding it together as one unit. The only padding the batteries had was a layer of bubble wrap. The batteries were in good shape and not damaged, so my conclusion is these are some pretty tough batteries.Great batteries for my UPS, cost way less than the factory battery cartridges from APC. Simple to replace with a screwdriver and some double sided tape. Will see if they last as long (4 to 5 years).Only problem with batteries is now I have to go to work.GOOD SO FARthese type of batteries usually last 2 summers in my electric lawnmower. these batteries only lasted a year.were same as originalsGood job!!!
